Looking for signature designer

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I'm looking for a signature designer and graphic designer to polish up a project before release.  If anyone has the skills, or the connections to good designers (but not TOO high end if you know what I mean), please let me know!  Even a point in the right direction would help a lot.
