Hi,

I'm currently reading the Zerocoin Paper, which can be found here: http://spar.isi.jhu.edu/~mgreen/ZerocoinOakland.pdf.
Maybe you can help me by answering some questions related to the paper.
I like the fact that it is quite formal, but despite that I don't understand everything right away.

At page 4: "We use C to indicate the set of allowable coin values."

What do they mean by value, something similar to the value of an instanciation of a class of coins in terms of worthiness or
like a serial number of a coin?

Some lines below:

The input of the Setup function. Is the pow operation an arithmetic operation or something like a string concatenation?

Can something like a block-chain be modelled using the tuple from Definition 3.1? How can an already spent coin be spent again?
By calling Spend() again with different parameters?

Thanks in advance
