I have used Liqui.io for sometime now and I can say that I'm satisfied with them and never faced issues except once a withdrawal took a couple of hours while It should've finish in a few minutes, they always make announcements before doing any changes to make their users aware of the situations not to mention that they made a partnership with ChronoBank recently and that applies to both Lykke and Exmo as well.

It works fine but If you are planning to trade old coins such as LTC , DASH or others then using Poloniex would do the job. If Liqui.io gained users It's only because that they added new coins that no else did and they don't require any KYC verifications such as ICONOMI and In a couple of days ChronoBank too.

I have heard about liqui and changelly but haven't used them. It looks like they are trusted, but i have used shapeshift and changer which provides almost similar exchange service like changelly.

I used EXMO. Everything is okay there except trade volumes. Liquidity is not very high.

I also used Lykke. I deposited around 10 000 dollars there via banking card, I tried to buy bitcoins there, but it was not easy. They told me that I violated their rules. They did not explain which specific rules were violated, and I cannot find anything in their terms and conditions that was violated with my activities. As a result, I bought bitcoins for about 7000 dollars only, and another 3000 were refunded to my banking card. Lykke decided to close my account.

The only explanation that I can find is that they are associated with Oanda forex broker, and they are used to clients who lose their money while buying at high prices and selling at low ones. When they realized that I was not going to sell them my bitcoins back, they began to consider me as a client who is not interesting for their business. Maybe, they only look for those clients who lose, because clients' losses become Lykke's profit.
