I was watching this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=12156.0;topicseen and below op username it says guest and his name is also not clickable like other members name.
Is it possible to login in forum as a guest?

Nope. I don't think it has ever been possible.
That particular thread was started by a user whose account has been deleted. Deleting an account is not possible now.
