YubiKey NEO with Fidesmo doesn't work under USB with Electrum and ledger apps

Hi,

I bought a YubiKey NEO with Fidesmo + Bitcoin Wallet and the device does not work when using the USB interface under win 10.

On the YubiKey NEO I installed yubico u2f and ledger unplugged. After many trials I finally got the ledger unplugged working with Mycelium and a Samsung 6 Edge with NFC. But I cannot use the ledger wallet under win 10 with the ledger chrome apps or electrum.  The USB device and smartcard is recognized  in win10. USB device is shown as HDI keyboard e.g. the yubico u2f app works with the usb connection.
 
Does anyone have suggestions how I can solve this problem?  Why is the device not recognized under win 10 with the usb connection in the chrome apps and electrum?
