Agreement between gusti and jasinlee.
This agreement is for the option for jasinlee to buy from gusti up to 5000 LTC at a price of USD $6 per LTC, at any time before May 4th, 2013.
In return, jasinlee is paying now to gusti a one-time, non-refundable premium of 850 LTC to address : LhRh2bm5myj2VKCoLTjcu9aPYZ4eYjq7xL
gusti is obliged to keep the full amount of 5000 LTC in his own custody until May 4th, 2013.
For the final purchase of LTC option, escrow may be arranged between jasinlee and gusti.
