I sent a small amount of money to a website yesterday at 9pm from Blockchain. It's been over 13 hours and Blockchain STILL hasnt confirmed. I've never had to wait this long before. Any thoughts

Its most likely that you didn't pay enough fees and with all the unconfirmed transactions that we have: https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions  It could take a little longer to confirm.  Try to send your TXID to: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ (If you found a spot because there is an hourly limit) and It should get confirmed.

I should just copy and paste an answer omg. Nah that's not going to help because you put 0 info on here. You need higher fees. Look up what the fees should be. Just google it. Do about 60 seconds of research to understand how bitcoins work then you can start using them efficiently.

same problem for a friend of mine who is still waiting for confirmations since 3 days. The transaction was via BitPay to a neteller adress. He asked me for help to understand the issue and i used ViaBtc but still no confirmation.

Well don't pounce on me for being a newbie to bitcoin. There's a lot of annoying jargon and protocols that make no sense to me.

The problem here is there is a lot of new thread and all with the same problem and all should have the  same answer that it is why there is no need to  

open new thread again and again if you searched ( unconfirmed transaction ) within the forum search you would have got your answer without the need

to open another new thread.  the short answer to your question is ( Low few from you transaction or another transaction before it ) even without any

info provided
