Is SegWit activation impacts the hashrate of this item ? SegWit activated and the send off of this item is not before July so it may have impact ? What do you think ?

No, Segwit makes no difference.

It is the rising network difficulty that does make rewards smaller as time goes by, but no effect to the hash rate with this as well.
