Here, like everywhere price sets by  The law of supply and demand, or (and) the agreement between the buyer and seller.  if you have the opportunity to sell for $143, you free to do, but this does not mean that is value of BTC , because every big exchange has its rate and it is different in each :  Bitstamp 1470.33 ; BTC-e 1380.002; OKCoin 1240.51  Bitfinex 1556.5 ;

Still looking for reasonable offer and hypocritical people stop giving your suggestions most of you are bitcoin sellers and your rates for paypal to btc is upto 25%. When I'm asking for a 1:1 rate it will be according to current rate(idc if it's fluctuating because when you sell most of you don't care for that) but mostly I'll be asking for 3-5%
