you payed a fee of 133 sat/byte, while at this moment 432 sat/byte is needed for a 95% chance of getting into the next 3 blocks (~30 min waiting time). 219 sat/byte gives you a 95% chance of getting into the next 24 blocks (~4 hours waiting time)

If you follow the link i posted above, you can find possible sollutions for your situation. Since you did pay over 10 sat/byte, the easyest sollution would be to use viabtc's txaccelerator (link can be found on my website, which i posted at the top of this post)

They only accept 100 transactions every hour... You should try at exactly the first seconds of a new hour to use viabtc

What wallet or website did you use to send the transaction?

The hours start at the same moment in every timezone AFAIK Wink

This is not true.

Most of the time zones on land are offset from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) by a whole number of hours (UTC−12 to UTC+14), but a few zones are offset by 30 or 45 minutes (for example Newfoundland Standard Time is UTC−03:30, Nepal Standard Time is UTC+05:45, and Indian Standard Time is UTC+05:30).
