What is the current cost to develop an Ethereum token? (i.e. Token that represents ownership in a physical asset with an annual dividend smart contract)

I have seen many examples of coins being developed within a half-hour or so now and I understand the Smart Contracts cost gas...

So what would a competitive price be from a top end developer?
