How Ethereum technology actually works ...?

Do you know if ETH blockchain is connected to the WEB? Or only using internet...

How could ETH be used as a web 3.o "decentralised" and how it could work like a web server? Really possible ? How concretally? (possible to store website into it?)

Where all the informations will be stored (smart contract, site internet, mails) ? in the same block where Eher transactions amount and recipient are stored ??

I asked making a topic some months back and got 0 replies..
I guess no one knows.. or cares.
Funny because that speaks volumes about the adoption of it.

When was the last time you all seen a topic where a guy listed all the DAPP's he uses regularly ?
I have suggested they do that (LOTS) to make it look good and they STILL don't do it.
