I wonder what will happen to the exchange rate of LTC-FTC when trades open in 12-24 hours : https://cryptonit.net/content/feathercoin-exchange#comments.

Usually when a new cryptocurrency goes live on an exchange, people expect prices to shoot up. They expect this, so many of them will try to be the first to buy, buy, buy. It then becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Price doubles or triples quickly, and then crashes as people rush to cash out.
So it's likely that we'll see this.

What makes it interesting is the current rise of LTC against USD.

I figure there are miners that have huge stock of FTC and can't be bothered to sell it trough the forums, but would love to sell their half million FC @ 18 LTC per 1k FTC on an exchange, thus drastically lowering FTC price.

I wanted to buy 200k FC earlier but I don't trust trading on this forum for such large amounts.

200,000 FC may sound like a gamble, but it isn't the first time it was the right one for me

Which means if you buy it from someone that sell it to you for 0.00001, you make 245x profit.

I registered and it's a right pain, that dual verification system is a joke, if Gox doesn't need it why do they?

Gox has it but it is not enabled by default. Some kind of dual authentication is good, I think Cryptonit should give in addition to GAuth, the option of verification to email like BTC-e does.

It's not a lie(at least from their initial statement)....I still cannot get into my FRE wallet as the servers have been down.  No idea what is going on but there are some huge problems on the coins side of things.

problem? wake up people can still deposit to the exchange but be all strange thing in the world, we can not have the coin back? come on im not stupid enough to believe that admin who is falling time after time. its far to be the first time people have much problem with that exchange then dont come here to say to all peopleits all ok and the admin is working on the trouble, when seriously workiing on a problem you dont work on another thing in sametime. that place is a bug FAIL with a giant F

There's a bug in coin withdrawal, locking your coins in. I enter a positive amount of Feathercoin to withdraw, then go to the "Waiting authorization" bit to authenticate. The withdrawal amount there is negative! This causes a "Please enter a positive amount to send" error.

Anyone know a way around this?

Also the chat is broken, and I keep getting errors when trying to cancel orders.

So far cryptonit is easily the buggiest exchange I've come across, and that's up against some pretty stiff competition.
