Thanks all, I've used the transaction accelerator to get 2 of them through.

My next transaction says this when viewed on the block explorer

"Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database."

Is it worth trying to accelerate this or is that insufficient?

It is useless. That transaction is double spent. Happened to me yesterday .
