i tryed to re push and blockchain says the transaction already exists
Then i try viabtc and it says it doesnt exist

I tried pushing your transaction through a few different websites including coinb.in, which rejected it with the error code "258: txn-mempool-conflict". That means your transaction is part of a double spend.

Blockcypher's explorer now shows it's part of a double spend, but didn't a few minutes ago.

You can try paying a miner to confirm your transaction before its double spend gets confirmed. Viabyc also offers this paid service in addition to its free service.
