The second should confirm eventually, if your fees are high enough to cause a CPFP to occur. There's a chain of two unconfirmed parents.

Seems like this nightmare with unconfirmed transactions never ends. More and more users have this problem and the solution can't be seen. But this affects negatively and some Bitcoin users have already gave up. Something should be done quickly before this problem escalates.
