HI,
just a question i sent someone btc(via blockchain.info) on his(localbitcoins.com) address which are not yet confirmed, so if he uses the same address before my transaction gets confirmed for other transaction then will he still get the btc as you know that address changes on every transaction? i don't want to loose my sent btc.

 A transaction may be delayed for a long time or returned     

Sometimes it worked quickly but at the moment there are a lot of stuck transactions
