Hi bro,
Im running Powercolor RX570 4G 3fan (RAM hinyx).
My GPU only Power Draw: 84w
Fan = 85%

do you live in tropical areas? Thats normal sadly.. You prolly need a watercooled setup if you want the low temps

64 isn't all that bad a temp on a modern GPU - but it does indicate a warm ambient temp OR you're not getting enough airflow TO the cards for them to cool properly.

you could have lower volts  I see .9875

how do you clock your cards?

I think they could be at .9500

that would drop watts to 79-80

Stop the auto fan, and make your own custom fan settings with Afterburner or other software. Also the fan speeds you see in Claymore are not correct for RX cards.
