Is there a simple app that lets someone create a qr code and add some artwork to an a4 page which you can get laminated and leave inside a guitar case to easily accept bitcoin from passersby ?

You could print your QR code on a piece of A4 paper or do what this guy did (not very efective but it's something) http://imgur.com/gallery/23hMyBO You can make your QR code adress at https://blockchain.info/ Easy and free  Grin

Made a simple one using blockchain.info qr code and a bitcoin graphic. Not very inspiring but what the heck.
