Makes no sense. I guess OP got hacked by scammer.
OP you are quite insane to give your pass and your identifier to strangers on this forum, don't do that or all your money will be gone because once they logged in your account, they will withdraw your money into their wallet (if your wallet still contained with your money)

If you just bought in at the peak, you probably did lose 550 Euro BTC.  You'll have to wait for Bitcoin value to increase again to find it.
