When you trade coins to coins, we called it trading
When you long/short currency, we called it forex

When you long/short crypto>crypto OR crypto>currency, whats the terms of it?

When you trade one currency for another, that's a spot trade.

When you go long/short that's called a CFD, Contract For Difference.
