Absolutely. Price will go down to $32/BTC

Jokes tho.. I have no idea... Maybe make it less volatile?

Still easy to get bitcoins to Mt. Gox for sale. I would say that the bank holidays make it harder to get dollars to Mt. Gox for purchases. Therefore, on balance, the price is negatively affected.

I agree, Bitcoin price will go down in short terms (or maybe it's already down enough)  and then up again when fresh dollars arrive at Gox.

but if what happened this tuesday happened (no fresh dollars. Low volume... no buying pressure)

if we see that next tuesday......... things could go down past 90 IMO.

I don't think we will get into the 50's again though but this market is really hard to predict.

This market is weird... there are just 300 coins separating the current 107 price from 103 yet someone just used a market order and bought up past 109.

holy crap now a shitload of coins are being dumped and someone just used a market order and bought at 107 + while the dumping is going on at 103 lol.

I think we reached our first hype peak already. I don't think upward price movement is driven by newcomers investing right now (if it is, they'd have to have balls of steel).

Rather, upward movement will primarily be driven by people with fiat already on the exchanges from previous sells.

That's my hypothesis anyway.

Yes, the extended bank holiday combined with the negative news we have seen this week should all lead to a significant drop this weekend.  Mt.Gox/Coinlab lawsuit is a pretty big hit, although I actually think it is good thing for US Gox customers.
