OKPay re-submitting verification?

So I submitted address verification docs to OKPay which were apparently inadequate... So I submitted further docs that match exactly what OKPay has requested. This re-submission was 5 days ago... whuddafx up?

Has anyone else had trouble with OKPay like this?

I have two tickets about my $20000 hold since April 24th, and verified document, now I have prepared all but this ticket is not responced, please give an explanation today, and I have paied $10 for fast verification, why it delayed so many days? This is not a small problem.
