If electricity and price is of zero concern, what is the most compact mining rig for either bitcoin or any altcoin on the market?

Something that isn't trash though. Not looking for those plug in usb sticks, since those can't mine much of anything.

I think the smallest would be the baikal quad cubes its not really that powerfull but they're pretty compact, you can also check out other ASICs, they are mostly more compact than gpu rigs

ASIC Miners are definitely compact, more efficient, and profitable than GPU miners but the loud noise, limited availability can be a concern. Go with ASIC if you're starting out! (Antminers might be a good place to start and they are available as of now.)
