All I have to say is they offer 0 support and now they put me in a heap of a mess not being able to withdrawl my money.

Thank you for the heads up but it is very common in case of trans border documents verification. Every country has its own norms and may not accept other countries documents which may be a valid one from the issuing country. Also there is the language barrier. What most exchangers don’t display in the front page is the valid documents which they accept, so we know what we have or not.
