I voted for Blockchain wallet. I use this wallet from the most beginning and I'm satisfied with it's work and fees. But I noticed that the last time it became slow and transaction is taking 2-4 days. Probably for my next signature campaign I will create the new one which will be leading on this thread.

No offense but blockchain.info wallet is crap. We get more complaints about this wallet than any other. It does a monumentally bad job of estimating miner fees. The wallet with the least complaints? Electrum.

I just heard of them literally 5 minutes ago.
Don't know which country they work out of but they do offer plastic cards which they have a promotion right now(I guess to get more customers to use their services) where they send it to you for free and waiving the $15 charge to make the card for you.

Thanks for the tip) Their contact page says they're from UK. I've noticed they haven't launched yet. I'm not sure about this one but they're offering a free card right now and the fees are alright, so it wouldn't hurt I guess. Thanks again.

Electrum is good for use. Because you can change the transaction fee after sending the transaction.
I will also suggest blockchain. They have add a new system while sending transaction on their mobile wallet app. You can set the fee as satoshi/bytes for this new system. If you pay proper fee you don't have to worry about the confirmation of the transaction.
But I think you can't avoid the high transaction fee at any wallet now.
