RX 580 STRIX Hashrate PROBLEM !

I bought RX 580 8gb STRIX ( https://www.asus.com/us/Graphics-Cards/ROG-STRIX-RX580-O8G-GAMING/ ). I installed it (with drivers and all of that) on a desktop ( not mining rig ). I use minergate and from minergate.com Claymore CryptoNote GPU miner. The problem is that i only manage to get ~500-600 H/s with GPU miner and with minergate ~200 H/s. I got Windows7 x64 , 700W powersupply ( https://www.scan.co.uk/products/700w-thermaltake-tr2-s-80-plus-sli-crossfire-single-rail-1x120mm-fan-atx-psu ) and this MB ( https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H77-DS3H-rev-10#ov ). I am new to mining and i dont mine bitcoin.. usually monero. If u can help i would i would really appreciate.
