If you are in the USA I buy almost all of mine on Newegg.

I check 2-3 times a day for a good deal and I buy cards each time the price dips.

I've purchased a few on Amazon as well... as I also watch it closely.

if you have no Business that´s the best way i think . If you do contact the Manufacturer (MSI, XFX, etc.) dircetly for best Prices. Maybe they will give you a Project price

In europe 470's/480's/570's/580's do not exist right now. iv searched everywhere..2-4 weeks wait. anyone that says they have in stock are lying or just ordering from a supplier and dont know.

There is no "good $" for RX 470/480, these have stopped production and sell for 2x-3x the price now (if you can find some).
My supplier has a stock of 570/580s though and I will be posting a listing on Ebay for them in the coming days, if you're interested.
