Lost My Electrum Bitcoins

I opened my electrum wallet days ago, and I found transactions I DIDN'T make and only 3$ of all my bitcoins are left.
1- Is there any possible way I could get my bitcoins back?
2- How do I get in contact with Electrum support?
3- How do I know how and why did I lost them?
I really feel so sad and this is really important to me. I hope you all guys could help me


New update: I opened my wallet in another device with another IP and I saw all my bitcoins again.
I don't know what happened before!! and I don't know what happened now!!

Sad to hear but:

1) No there isn't
2) Electrum doesn't control your seed or private keys => nothing they can do
3) Either someone had access to your computer or someone knows your seed or your private keys. If not malware could be the culprit => Do a full scan of your computer.

Post the transaction ID's in here, were all your bitcoin's sent to the same address? This is sad for you but I don't think there's anything you can do.

Seems like electrum was broken. I don't remember exactly when was it happened but i remember something like that happened to me too. It was probably a internet connection or server problem.  Electrum's balance doesn't matter anyway. Just copy/paste your public address into blockchain.info and you'll see your real balance.

I do nothing that there is a bug or something because he said that there was a transaction and $3 worth of bitcoin had gone out of his wallet. Can you give us more detail about that transaction so that people can easily solve your problem?

more likely, your wallet was not fully synchronized.
to know your balance, you need to wait until it is displayed in the bottom status bar.
