Withdraw from btc-e to UK bank/paypal?

 It's hard to get usd out of BTC-E. What I do is turn my usd to bitcoin on btc-e and then send the bitcoin to mtgox. then cash it out and do a wire transfer.

Find someone who wants to buy a BTC-e coupon for PayPal.

I would do that, but im 17 so i cant get verified which means i cant use wire transfer
