I was going to use BTC-E but saw they are dodgy.

Any other providers out there?

Btc-e.com are not dodgy to my best of knowledge but they require you to submit some personal documents.

You can try simplefx.com since they do not require any personal document on crypto funding and trading unless you are going into USD tradings.
