Hello, Back in February I have purchased batch of 5 Avalon Asic miners. ORDER EMAIL: http://imgur.com/XUvkXUS

When the shipment comes I have a dedicated space in my basement to set up everything (with a computer already in place) so everything will be up and running the moment the batch arrives. With 5 ASIC at targeted 65GH/s, I will a total hashing power of 325GH/s. I am selling 25% of my hashing power as shares. This equals to roughly 80 shares at 1GH/s each.

Right now, I am pricing the shares at 1 BTC per share, minimum 5 shares to make it easier for me when it comes to payout.

Details:

1 share valued at 1GH/s hashing power.
Minimum 5 shares.
1 BTC per share first 60 and 1.5 BTC per share last 20.
Total shares: 80.

Note: I am selling 25% due to personal reasons needing cash now and to pay back some of my initial investments on ASIC. I have not decided on a duration of the contract but as of now, the minimum is 2 Year and will only go higher if changed. Electricity is extra and will be calculated before each payout. I have not yet decided on the pool so shareholders may vote on which pool they want to mine. Since I will have 5, there is no problem mining multiple pools. Each shareholder will be paid twice every week.

No reserves and no auction.
PM if you have questions.

Edit: Some calculations: With 1 share, that's 0.056 BTC a day @ 1GH/s. Time to pay off is 1/0.056= roughly 17.8~ days.
Edit: Typo, I will pay twice every week not every two weeks..

As always, please be cautious of all claims/investment opportunities found in this forum. The forum is not liable nor will do anything if problems arise with your investment.

I could, but I don't see how escrow can come in this equation as you want the coins immediately. I'm just placing my warning here as I've received a lot of reports of people being scammed by preorder sales/shares.

You are right, buyers should be careful. I realize since they are pre-orders I do not have anything physical to show for except my word and the receipt. I never intended to open up my operation to the public but life has funny twists so now I will be selling of 25% of it. Like the post said I will still maintain and mine it. All you need to pay extra as a shareholder is the electricity which won't make a dent on the profits.

I hope to provide 100% trust and professionalism with any potential clients. And John I will contact you if escrow service is needed.

I do not have anything physical to show for except my word

The word of a brand new anonymous forum account.

Don't send this guy any coins.  Put them in escrow until he gets the actual item, and only after he has identified himself.

You were also once "brand new."
I'm sorry I don't usually open up and trade on the forums, I most always conduct my sales privately. So this is my first attempt. I will provide whatever it is you need to verify and give you piece of mind that you own a share and will receive return.

Yes, but I wasn't asking people to send me coins.  Build up some reputation first.

Until more people/companies follow through with what they offer, everything will be tainted scam with the onus on you to prove the world you are the real deal.   This whole business of running pre-orders for things months down the road really soured people.
