CampBX account security

I opened my CampBX account and it initially worked as advertised for me. However, when I decided to upgrade my account security using Google Authenticator, I have been locked out of my account. I am getting google authenticator replication codes, but my CampBX account does not seem to be linked to it, so I have lost access to my account and bitcoins. There is no phone number to call. I created a helpdesk ticket, but no response and it has been a week even though it was labeled as "critical issue". Hoping someday I will have access to my money, something to consider regarding use of this technology.

Just wanted to reply that Campbx corrected the issue. I now have access to my bitcoins
