[CNC] What's the best pool at the moment?

I have tried some p2pool, mnlan.net and dontmine.me so far, but it seems I'm not getting only between 60% and 80% of the CNC that I should.

Are there better pools at the moment?

I use:
0 - chn.mnlan.net
1 - chn.ub3rl33t.com
2 - localhost

Those two pools go down often and then cgminer hits my local client for solo mining.  Believe it or not I mined a block today!  At the exchange rates at the time it was like hitting a $30 USD jackpot!
