problem in epay.info

i collect 14000 satoshi in epay.info but not added to Bitcoin Balance i don't know why?
and when i pressed on request withdraw the message was  "you don't have enough balance to request a withdrawal"
although the minimun payout 10000 satoshi
any one can explain that for me please.
