That I understand. But that is also the reason I would like to buy in small amounts, stacks of 100 or $5-10 at a time and that sort of thing, I am by no means a large scale trader/miner.

So you want to get something irreversible with a reversible PP payment? Sounds very risky for the seller.

Even if you buy small amounts still you can cancel the PP payments, it doesn't make any other difference than it's easier to scam sellers for little amounts than 1k$ at a time.
