You know you can google correct? Since btcjam is closing, there are about a few more options out there. btclendingclub, btcpop, btcbond (though the last two i never used before so ymmv - do research).

check out btcpop.co I've been a mmeber and they do nothing but to improve their lending site. Some mods a re bitchy but most members are helpful. They have instant loans for fully verified users and amount varies to your trust credit.
I like the fact that you can choose your own interest rates and such. Instant loans have like 40% APR, and if you are an investor you do not need to send any documents in.
But if you are a borrower, you must do some verifications before you can request a loan. Also if you have any coins which you need to stake, they have some PoS coins added which automatically stake on your POP wallet without you needing to keep your computer open.
