NEED - Coder/Webstore

I need a coder to help me set up a webstore for selling products for BTC and for buying BTC for WU, MG and Bank wire.

I don't need a custom build, we can use magento or whatever, the buying interface probably needs to be custom.

Whatever payment solution we use I need the BTC to be immediately cashed out for USD once the transaction is paid.
