thanks for your reply, but i do know those, i was just hoping for some feedback from users who used those kind of websites.

like for example i read mtgox can be really slow sometimes, etc... ^^

bitcoin.de let the users make the bank transfers themselves and they are supposed to be done as soon as the Bitcoins are bought.

You might have delays because of people not going through with the transactions (I've seen that happen 3 times out of 14 sales for me) which is not handled automatically : you must make a new sale order for the Bitcoins linked to the aborted transactions. In practice this delays your sale less than a day (the time you take to react to the cancellation).
When the buyer is serious (11 out of 14 times for me) the transfers are very fast: 2 days maximum.

I highly suggest using Paxful. I buy all of my Bitcoin there at only about a 5% mark up. Their support is super helpful and I get my bitcoin in just a few minutes everytime.

My largest transaction on their was for 5k and I got the Bitcoin instantly instead of waiting days when you buy from coinbase.

bitcoin.de via a fidor account. i believe they've integrated together to an extent so it's faster than a normal sepa transfer. and no banking problems either.
