2FA Gemini

Anybody knows ​how to setup 2FA because they send me auth download link in email but then there is no other clue how to set it....

Moreover Google Authenticator can be setup instead of Auth?

The best person who can answer you is the Gemini customer support.
All we can do is provide the best guesses unless someone who is well versed with Gemini and come up to your rescue. Why don't you open a ticket with their customer support ?

I am not a fan of using Authy myself.

If I were you, I would tell Gemini that you will continue using SMS for 2FA until they support google authenticator for 2FA (which I believe to be far superior in terms of security). You will just need to be sure that your phone number is fairly private because hackers may try to steal your phone number in order to gain access to your account.
