Since you are looking for a site for live betting,i would suggest cloudbet for bitcoin based gambling site and then there are plenty of sites which allow fiat gambling like bet 365,both these sites allow live betting in almost every sport and hope you have not heard about these sites and they are pretty good at live matches.

I know one site that is roadbet.com (they also accept bitcoin deposits manually) but if you have perfectmoney than they can be good option for you to bet with fiat.

IMHO, Cloudbet offers more selection and best bet type on live cricket betting, I used to play on their site before because I love live betting on sports which is the best on cloudbet because they update their bet selection every seconds based on the current flow of the game. I do not understand why your friend is asking another site to place his bet. Becasue where ever you place to bet the result will not change am I right. It is just his bad luck he lost money. Suppose if he places bet on another site India will win that game? No right. He lost money because he chooses India before starting the match. So tell him to go for live betting.
