So it will work like localbitcoin but will have essence of shapeshift.io. It will be faster and straight forward than any other exchange atm. I will be looking for people from each country to be as exchanger.
It will be also have escrow system as well.

i will add more screens later!
feel free to put your suggestions below.

Seems like a nice idea. Maybe have people to list their offers, so you have this sort of localbitcoins essence to it. but if you want to do shapeshift and localbitcoins together then it doesn't really work. Shapeshift is a centralised exchange, the exchanger has its own stock levels. But your site will have people listing their offers on the site and your site does sort of an escrow thing. Not only will this result in at least a few orders being not fulfilled due to scammers and the buyer having to be refunded, which is a hassle, it would also mean the potential of dirty funds being used to exchange for bitcoins, since the buyer cannot select which one to buy from.

Also i'm not sure if you are aware but there are many other exchangers like this already but none of them are doing a shapeshift sort of implementation yet. Look at changer.com, rchange, and goldux.

I mean UI like ShapeShift, which i love it. So simple and straight forward.
There are many exchanges out there, but i selected 'bank' as a niche and want to go deep in it.

OK lets see how it goes!

Quite neat. In essence it's the same as opening a trade on localbitcoins (using a bank transfer as payment) but with a shapeshift kind of level of simplicity. I like it!
UI would still need some work as it does seems a little too plain with not enough depth.
How would pricing work? Do sellers set their own rate for BTC/FIAT or would there be a set market price?

Terrible Idea.
I'd choose localbitcoins over your exchange any day.You know why ? Look at localbitcoins and then ask yourself the same question.
I could list out 10 problems with this idea but not sure if it's worth the time.Let me list out couple of them anyway.

1.What extra does it offer than localbitcoins ? They're much safe, reliable, trustworthy and have been in a business for a long time. Why should I use your exchange again ?  Oh you make the process much faster ? No Thank you,I'm okay with spending 2 minutes extra for my trades.

2.You will manually looking for people from every country? Good Luck keeping scammers out.
