You mean ICO exit scams ? ETC pumpers claimed there'll be 1000s of projects, and there were only exit scams like borg dao and several others. Some even had ann on btctalk then vanished. Some had some hype created, like bitticket, and it was just an instrument for hype, created for etc because it needs the illusion of adoption.
