What is wap2 version of Forum ?

Many a times when I search on Google about the forum, the links that redirect to the forum end in ;wap2
This results in having an ugly version of the forum.

Eg : Homepage : https://bitcointalk.org/?wap2
This Thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1971224;wap2
Some random thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=974604.25;wap2
