I have a dual core system just a regular computer.

 I can click the mine button and that is about the extent of my knowledge, Lol! Can someone please teach me how to mine? I don't care what my returns are or how long I must run my comp  etc...

Okay thank you but that is for bitcoin only or can I do others with this also? I want to mine all coins!

With how you describe your system, I don't think it would even be profitable or worth your while.

A dual core system may do .1 FTC a day though

okay this is what I mean, I don't need confusion, lol! I want someone to walk me through this step by step and give solid info, everything so far is vague and confusing, please do not respond unless you have solid info not bits and pieces, thank you

I want to mine, all 3 and maybe bitcoin. If its a pool I have to join so be it, maybe posting this in the newbie section was a bad idea.
