Winzir.ph has frozen my account with $12k+ USD and won't let me withdrawal

About a month ago, I deposited around $6,000 USD into my Winzir.ph account. I completed the full verification process, including a video call with a live agent where I showed my ID, and my account was quickly verified. I started betting and, within a week, increased my balance to $13,000 with fewer than 20 bets. When I requested a withdrawal, my account was frozen.

After this, I for the second time, I went on live video call with them and fully answered every question they asked. After that, I received emails from their legal team demanding a notarized affidavit stating I didn’t use a bot. They requested this affidavit to be notarized by an attorney, a complex and costly process.

After I realized they're running circles and the conversation isn't making any progress to unfreeze my account, I then asked to withdraw just my initial deposit, but they refused.

I have not used a bot or cheated in any way. It’s evident that Winzir.ph is a dubious site using flimsy excuses to withhold my funds. Avoid at all cost.

Are you in the Philippines? I'm asking because you mentioned Winzir.PH, which is an online casino operating in the Philippines. I've had documents notarised in the past by an attorney, and it isn't expensive in the Philippines.

Also, any chance you can provide evidence(screenshots) backing up your claims?

Perhaps the best thing to do is to contact them directly here: https://support.pagcor.ph/contact-us.php and tell everything about this supposedly license gambling site. Maybe there will be a chance that you can get at least your initial capital. But you should be ready to present proof and evidence because for sure they will ask for it.

Me too. Notarizing documents and telling that you didn't used a bot might not cost you a lot. But this will also depend on the attorney if they're wiling to do it for you because associating with an online casino might be against their morale. Although it's about money, the notary will depend also on how much you will declare on them so be truthful on how much exactly is frozen to you OP.

This is the point; when I had been reading this, I realised they aren't going to release your funds. Even if you hardly manage this notarised document, then they will demand something else that would be impossible to collect by you. How nonsensical this demand is; they don't trust you that you haven't used a bot. But how are they going to trust a notarised document that you haven't used the bot? Whatever you say will be written on the notarised document. So it doesn't make any difference with your verbal explanation. This is the first time I've heard a gambling platform ask for that kind of document.

I haven't heard before about this platform. Can you make sure if they exist on the forum? If so, we can call them to respond on this thread to solve the issues in case they are active here. Otherwise we really regret to say we can't help much with your case. Often gambling platforms create this drama to scam people. This has become a regular scamming method nowadays.
