What are your thoughts on RISE? It has a new dev team. The price seems really cheap, it could compete with ubiq, ark, lisk. You will be able to create assets simply with point and click tools in c#, java, python. They are also planning a blockchain casino. Their new code is based of ark and shift. This could be a good chance to get in early on a new competitive project. Thoughts?

I like rise a lot was holding alittle and also trading alittle for short term gains but I think it is a solid coin it may take awhile to run up in price there are some people with big sell orders holding it back but once the sell pressure is gone it will be a big hit.
