We are seeing more and more regulations are coming out, and many of the alt coins are securities,
There is no doubt that they will suffer, let's have a list of the coins that fit this description.

neo is already feeling the heat as it price is dropping significantly. The ico banning will definitely going to have it wipe on neo. The regulations will affect bitcoin, ethereum, zcash and all the popular coins because currently most of this coin are inter-related.

I think all ICOs project are all likely to suffered from regulation, because there will always be a loophole the government can exploit.
I think there will be a change in strategy when it comes to ICOs until there get things right

Ico's most def with the new sec regulations in place, US based exchanges have had to modify how they do things legally on getting a coin listed on there exchange, hence why exchanges like bittrex havent listed anything recently, they are still going thru the legal process in my opinion.

All new ICOs will definitely struggle as well as those that completed within the last month or so. On top of this any coins that need other coins in order to be successful will also suffer the most. Unfortunately my knowledge of all alt-coins isn't quite good enough to give you a full list but I will be paying attention to any posts which can give a breakdown of certain coins which will suffer the most and why.

My biggest fear is that ICO coins will be delisted from all exchanges because of government meddling. If the US and EU get together and start banning ICOs then go after the exchanges that list them we can say goodbye to crypto innovation. Along with billions of dollars of market cap.

It could certainly push bitcoin back to 2014 prices.

Totally agree. NEO is China-based coin so you noticed how its price really drops. And its not only NEO whose price get drops, also Bitcoin and ethereum. Because of the FUD news, some investors gets afraid and pull out there investment. We knew that some whales came from China. When China declares ICO banning and some exchanges will be closed, people was afraid and pull-out their investment.
