Help Regarding LIQUI EXCHANGE

Recently sent a transaction to the wrong wallet on my profile there. Transaction went through but it was my last copy and paste address that was an alt coin. reached out to them because this happens many times , hopefully they can fund the right wallet in my profile so i can get trading. LIQUI support if you read this please respond to TIX # 1712.
