poloniex fixed my ticket took 21 days but they fixed it

They must have thousands of Open tickets, just look at all the complaints on the forums, and Twitter. Polo has gone completely silent. The tickets are piling up and the frustration mounts this looks really bad for polo.


I've had a ticket open since May and they've done nothing, said nothing. my deposit and many others are missing. withdrawals are not processing either, how much money are we talking about here if we combine all of the Open tickets.

Please be able to put a print of the transaction to gather more evidence, I opened a post in the scam section regarding the problems that poloniex is having with withdrawals.
